All further references to “Ray’s Amateur Radio”, will be referred to as “S2A”

This website is a resource of general photography information “current & historical”, internet navigation and is intended, but not promised or guaranteed to be up-to-date, available, complete, correct, reliable or timely.

S2A actively encourages all parties to notify it of appropriate corrections to website content.

S2A will remove any link from this site as well as upon request from the linked entity.

The links from this internet host, S2A will direct you from this web site to other third party web sites which are hosted on servers which are not under the control of S2A.

S2A is not responsible for the contents of linked sites including any link(s) contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.

S2A is providing these links to the web user only as a convenience and is provided “as is” and “as available”. United States Export Control & Foreign Assets Control Regulations.

S2A does not represent that materials in the Service are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

Those who choose to access the Service do so, on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

Software from the Service is subject to U.S. export controls and may not be downloaded, exported or re-exported: (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any other country with respect to which the United States maintains trade sanctions prohibiting the shipment of goods; or (ii) to anyone on or acting on behalf of an entity on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List or Entities List or included in General Order 3 (15 C.F.R. You accept that S2A has the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the Service at any time in S2A’s sole discretion.

You further accept that such changes may result in your being unable to access the Service.

The failure of S2A to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and Disclaimer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without giving effect to its conflict of law’s provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service and Disclaimer to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service and Disclaimer will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service and Disclaimer will be effective only if in writing and signed by S2A.

Restrictions on Framing Activities.

S2A is concerned about the integrity of this Web site when it is accessed in a manner solely determined by third parties or viewed in a setting solely created by third parties.

Specifically, S2A is concerned with activities such as bringing up or presenting content of this Web site within another Web site (“framing”).

In this regard, without limiting the provisions contained in our TOS, you may not frame any Web page from S2A, except with our express written permission.

Further, you may not archive, cache, or mirror any S2A, Web page or portions of a Web page.

If you would like to use, reprint, frame, or redistribute any S2A, content other than as permitted herein, you must request permission from S2A by e-mailing to FEEDBACK.

NO POP-UPS.

We believe that most people would rather keep their Web experience simple, clean, and fast.

This is where S2A comes in.

We do not serve pop-ups anywhere on the S2A website. Period, this means less clutter, faster pages. If you see or receive one of these items, it is coming from an outside source, either as a result of something you have previously downloaded or as an “exit” pop-up from the site you just visited.

It is not coming from our site.
